Grace Vineyard is committed to helping people develop good emotional, mental and spiritual health. Most of this happens through being connected, coming to church regularly, being involved in a Lifegroup, attending courses and seeking extra prayer as needed.

Sometimes extra help is needed from our community, and on occasion professional help.

Most pastoral needs that arise can often easily be met by Lifegroups. Lifegroups are the key way we can love and support each other in a large church. People in Lifegroups share life and walk through the ups and downs together, supporting as needed. However, sometimes the problems are bigger than a Lifegroup can handle, or the person/ people needing help are not in a Lifegroup. In those situations we have a pastoral care team on hand to help, with a number of people available depending on what kind of help is needed.

We have a number of resources and can offer practical help and we have a well-put-together list of professional people we value and trust that we can put you in touch with. We have different plans for different situations.

Throughout the year we run a variety of courses (eg marriage preparation, the Alpha marriage course, Toolbox) and various training courses (eg prayer ministry training).

If you have any pastoral concerns or queries, please contact reception at either City or Beach Campus and ask to speak to a member of the pastoral care team, or leave a message and one of the pastoral care team will contact you as soon as possible.

Prayer is our cornerstone, all that we do is covered in prayer.
At Grace Vineyard we prioritise prayer.

There are opportunities to join together corporately outside of our regular services in our weekly prayer meetings at City Campus. These take place at City at 7.30pm on Fridays, 5.00pm on Sundays and 7.30-8.45pm fortnightly on Mondays.

We have prayer rooms at both City and Beach Campus. Time in the prayer rooms can be booked by contacting reception to make a booking.
