- Beach Campus Youthworker
I have been a part of the Vineyard Movement since I was seven years old, and I love it! I am Kiwi by blood, but spent ages seven to fourteen in the USA as my parents trained to be pastors in the Vineyard Church (explains my awkward accent). In 2010 my family moved back to New Zealand to plant a Vineyard church in Tauranga.
I helped my parents with the church plant, and ran the youth ministry for a couple of years before I moved to Christchurch at the beginning of 2016 for the incredible internship program through Vineyard College, where I served and learnt about the different, but epic, aspects of youth ministry at Grace. The plan was to only stay for one year, but my heart very quickly fell in love with the community of New Brighton, and our Beach Campus, and I just had to stay! It is a great joy leading our Grace Vineyard Youth group in New Brighton part-time, as well as serving the youth and our incredible volunteer leaders. When I'm not at church, I'm working as the graphics & social media administrator of a company called Baby First, or on the side-lines of a football game.
