Cathy Richardson
- Pastoral Care Coordinator
I was born in the small township of Rotherham, North Canterbury, so had a rural upbringing. I made an intentional decision to follow Jesus at the age of twelve at a Christian school holiday camp. Our family have lived in both the North and South Island. We also spent one year in the Philippines working with Asian Outreach. I am married to Bryan and we have four adult children. I spent ten years teaching at an area school, working mainly with Intermediate-aged children. For relaxation, I like to walk and read. In my holidays I've been known to tramp and paint canvases. My role at Grace, since 2014, is Pastoral Care Co-ordination; I'm passionate about encouraging people in their individual walk with God and linking people into appropriate help and support.
