- Assistant Accountant
I was born in Paisley, Scotland but grew up in Yorkshire. I married a Yorkshire man and we emigrated to New Zealand in 1980. My three sons were all born in Wanganui and we moved to the mainland in 1990.
The dawn of the millennium for me brought the end of 20 years of marriage and the challenge of being a single parent to three teenage boys. Depending on God through the hard times deepened my relationship with Him.
I met my wonderful husband, Pete, in 2007 and to quote the words of one of our special songs; 'You fill my life with laughter, somehow you make it better, ease my troubles, that's what you do', and he does! We love to travel and get away in our caravan as often as we can. Jointly we have six children, five grandsons and a very cute puppy.
